My country was colonized too, first by the Spaniards, then the Americans and during World War II, by the Japanese. We only gained full independence after WWII and this has left our country so divided and the government officials corrupt. Such a sad fate.
I am not so familiar with your country's candidates, but I hope that your people will elect the best one who will put your people and your country's interest first before their own.
